ANALISIS EFISIENSI PENDAPATAN USAHATANI CABAI MERAH (Capsicum annum L.) DI KELURAHAN TEMPULING KECAMATAN TEMPULING KABUPATEN INDRAGIRI HILIR RIAU

Abstrak

Red chili plants are productive crops, but the fact that occurs in the field is that after the plants are productive, it is rare for farmers to calculate the details of the economic analysis of farming. This resulted in farmers barely knowing clearly how much profit they get in one harvest, limited education and knowledge of the farmers themselves that caused this to happen. This study aims to analyze the income of Red Chili Farming in Tempuling Village, Tempuling District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau and can be said to be feasible for local farmers to cultivate. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the overall income of the sample farmers of Red Chili Farming in one growing season period, in Tempuling Village, Tempuling District, Indragiri Hilir Regency is Rp. 268,132,900.00, with a total production cost of the sample farmers of Red Chili Farming Rp. 71.199.700.00, while the total production of the sample farmers of Red Chili Farming is 18.178.40 Kg. The net income of the sample farmers of Red Chili Farming in the research area is Rp.198,773,870, then Red Chili Farming is feasible because the R/C ratio value is 3.67 from the description above which shows that Red Chili Farmers can be said to be feasible because the R/C is more than 1 and shows that the Farming Business is profitable.
