The quality of Post Integrated Service (PIS) is determined by the implementation of PIS activities supported by Nutrition/Health promotion by empowering the community so that an active PIS is achieved. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Nutrition promotion in improving Active Posyandu at the Mempura Health Center, Siak Regency. The research method is qualitative with Rapid Assasement Procedure, interviews were conducted with techniques purposive sampling as well as observing the implementation of services and recording the reporting of Health Promotion programs. The results showed that planning for nutrition/health promotion services had not been optimal, the role of nutrition/health promotion had not been optimal in improving the Active PIS at the Mempura Health Center, Siak Regency. It can be concluded that it is necessary to periodically develop the skills of PIS cadres, strengthen record keeping by village officials and cadres, conduct advocacy and partnerships for cooperation in PIS development and use of promotional media through social media and efforts to develop innovation.
