STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN USAHA PETERNAKAN AYAM BROILER SISTEM KEMITRAAN DI KECAMATAN TANDUN KABUPATEN ROKAN HULU

Abstrak

Broiler farming is a type of business that has the potential to be developed. This study aims to analyze internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) and identify strategies for broiler farming business development. This research was carried out from December 2022 to February 2023 in Tandun district, Regency of Rokan Hulu. This study used a survey method by a census system of 16 broiler farmers with a partnership system. Parameters observed included the characteristics of the respondents, internal factors analysis summary (ifas) dan external factors analysis summary (efas), internal external matrix, and swot analysis. The research results are based on the internal external matrix; the position of the broiler farmers with partnership system in the Tandun district is in quadrant IV, namely growth and development. The primary strategy carried out in the analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for the partnership system broiler farm in the Tandun district is to plan standard operating procedures that prioritize work effectiveness and efficiency, plan chicken farm layouts following regulation and provide training and coaching for breeders so that more skilled in rearing chickens.
